Product Availability



Every item in the store contains either an add to cart, backorder, special order or pre-order button. If we have the product in-stock, we will fill the order right away. Occasionally buttons will change during the checkout process. The checkout process queries the actual inventory and updates quantity available.



Backorders

Backorders are items that we normally carry, but are currently out-of-stock. We try to fill backorders as quickly as possible. They could be filled within a day or two, or it may take longer. It depends on the vendor and the availability of the products. We will hold your backorder in our system for 10 days. If we cannot fill the order after that period, we will issue a full refund.



Special Orders

Special orders are items that we do not normally stock. We will work to obtain your product as soon as possible. We will hold your special order in our system for 15 days. If we cannot fill the order after that period, we will issue a full refund.



Pre-Orders

We offer pre-orders for upcoming new releases which allows you to reserve your copy before it is available in stores. When you place a pre-order, your reservation is saved in our system and your order is shipped to reach you on or shortly after the official release date. We may not ship items to arrive prior to an official release date and delivery times vary by carrier.



Unavailable

These are items in our database that are currently unavailable. Although we are not able to fill orders for unavailable product, displaying these titles provides information. Sometimes items may become available, check back later to see if the item has become available.
